Everyone to the streets! Never forget Never forgive! The death of Ian Tomlinson

After being told there would be no charges Paul King confronted Keir Starmer with these words:

‘ YOU GET BACK TO YOUR MILLION POUND HOUSE.THIS DECISION DOESN’T MATTER TO YOU. BUT WE HAVE TO GO HOME NOW AND WE DON’T HAVE A DAD. AND BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU’VE DECIDED WE’RE NEVER GOING TO KNOW WHO SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS DEATH’

Ian Tomlinson (WAS MURDERED IN COLD BLOOD) on April 1st 2009 after being attacked by a policeman during the G20 protests in London. He was walking home from work and had nothing to do with the demonstrations. A few short moments later he collapsed and died of his injuries.

The police immediately attempted a cover-up which fell apart after footage of the death leaked to the media a week later, as well as thousands of other images of police violence against the British public.

Since then, the police, the so-called Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) & the Department of Public Prosecutions (DPP), and other state agencies have been allegedly investigating the death.

Their conclusion? The killer PC Simon Harwood will not be charged with any offence.

A limited period of time is set by the British legal system of six months to bring charges to court. The only course of action to take after this period without the backing of the British legal system is to bring a private legal case which would cost the Tomlinson family millions. They are an ordinary working family and have no access to the finances needed.

The lesson? The police internationally are there to enforce the law, not to abide by it. They are happy to kill and cover-up their crimes. The British state believes this and all other cases of police killings such as the murder of Jean Charles de Menezes will be forgotten and ignored because the victims are poor.

It seems there are clear grounds to arrest Keir Starmer for ‘ the obstruction of justice’ and we should make an attempt to do so on Friday.Certainly there are clear grounds for arresting PC Simon Harwood on manslaughter charges. He is currently lounging st home on full pay in Carshalton so posing as a pizza delivery man might do the trick. Of course anyone arrested while trying to citizens arrest either criminal would be able to argue the justness of their case in court – something neither Starmer or Harwood would be very keen on.

DPP  is at   ROYAL COURT  2 SOUTHWARK BRIDGE  SE1 9HS

The Times reported that the killer PC Simon Harwood was in fact ‘roaming freelance from his TSG Unit’. In other words he had a taste for blood. No policeman has been found responsible for the death of a civilian in Britain in last 50 years.

What Gramsci said was that our ideas need to become the accepted ‘common sense’ ideas rather than those of the ruling class.Normally most people consider our ideas not to be common sense – to be loony leftie.Occasionally our ideas will coincide with most peoples idea of common sense……..like now.

Over the last few days and in all of them the line is…

’If that’d be the other way round the cops would have…’ So now’s the time to stick that spanner in the works and lever away at their disconnect and our opportunity. Already Ian Tomlinson’s death is yesterday’s news – the press has moved on to John Venables etc etc.

But we still have the opportunity this Friday to make our commonsense reappear – to make Ian Tomlinson’s death centre stage again. We must not let this one lie.

It’s not too late to give his family some solace by the passionate and ferocious nature of our response.

Everyone to the streets! Never forget Never forgive!
